National Institute of Forest Development
INDEFOR-AP (National Institute of Forest Development and Protected Areas Management) is the institution of Equatorial Guinea responsible for the sustainable management of forest resources and the administration of the National System of Protected Areas.
Created by government decree, INDEFOR-AP works in coordination with national and international organizations such as IUCN, GEF, and WWF to ensure the conservation of the country's rich biodiversity, from the tropical forests of the mainland region to the island ecosystems of Bioko and Annobón.
